Stuck-open means an exposed house. Stuck-closed means a trapped vehicle. Either one gets priority dispatch, day or night.
No hold music loop. A live dispatcher answers and gets a technician routed.
We triage every emergency call by risk level, not by order received.
A 2 a.m. call gets the same stocked truck as a 2 p.m. call.
You'll know the after-hours rate before you commit, not after the technician leaves.
Each service below is handled by a technician trained specifically for this kind of repair, not a generalist guessing at it.
A door that won't close leaves your home exposed. We treat this as top priority and dispatch the nearest available technician immediately.
Car trapped inside with somewhere to be. We diagnose the cause fast, usually a broken spring or snapped cable, and get you moving.
A snapped spring at an inconvenient hour still gets same-night service when the call comes in during our emergency window.
Wind-warped panels, a vehicle backing into the door, or storm debris jamming the track. We assess structural safety first, then repair.
Emergencies don't wait for Monday. Our weekend and holiday rotation keeps a technician on call at all times.
Call the emergency line and describe whether the door is stuck open or stuck closed, that detail sets priority.
Priority routing means faster arrival for security-risk and trapped-vehicle calls.
You get the same upfront pricing standard at midnight as you would at noon.
The door is fixed, tested, and secured before the technician leaves, with warranty paperwork included.
“Spring snapped at 11 p.m. with my car trapped inside for an early flight. Technician had it fixed before 1 a.m.”
“Storm knocked the track loose on a Sunday. They still came out and fixed it same day.”
“After-hours fee was quoted upfront, no surprise on the invoice. Appreciated the honesty at 2 a.m.”
Emergency calls are prioritized by risk, and most get a technician dispatched within the hour depending on location and time of night.
Yes, but the exact amount is confirmed during the call, before you commit to service.
If safe, you can manually pull the emergency release cord to close it by hand, but call us first for guidance specific to your opener.
